Are you a new blogger or content creator looking to increase your site’s traffic or online presence?

Are you tired of seeing your posts not ranking anywhere on Google, even after hours and hours of keyword and content research, but still can’t seem to make it to the first page of Google?

Well, this was me too, because this was the biggest struggle I had during my first year of blogging.

While I knew it would take time to get traffic to my site as a new blogger, I knew something just wasn’t working right. So I looked around for some advice on how to increase my website traffic that wasn’t just Pinterest, or an email list. I wanted something that could statistically guarantee results.

Thankfully, I stumbled upon RankIQ and finally started to bring in organic traffic from Google within as little as a few weeks. Most of the time, other blog posts take up to six months, and even a year or longer to rank on Google. So, I knew that Rank IQ has something that no other keyword tools have

My RankIQ review includes over six months of experience with the tool. I will explain why RankIQ is hailed as the best SEO AI tool for bloggers. From uncovering low-competition high-traffic keywords, optimizing your content, and securing that coveted spot on the first page of Google.

Make sure you scroll all the way to the bottom because I have a few extra tips to help you succeed even more.

What is RankIQ, and How Does it Work?

RankIQ is an AI search engine optimization tool, that focuses on finding the best low-competition keywords, with the highest web traffic. This keyword research tool includes an AI SEO report with a list of all of the right keywords to include, and a content optimizer to help you create high-quality content that will actually show up in Google rankings.

RankIQ analyzes the top 30 results on Google for a target keyword or keyword phrase. The keyword phrases included in the keyword library are hand-picked by the creator of RankIQ because they have the highest monthly search volumes in their niche. And, these keywords are also much easier to rank for on the 1st page of Google because they are low-competition keywords.

When using RankIQ, you will have a limit of monthly reports, and once you click the “run report” button, you will be given a list of the top keywords (as many as 90 or more), that you can use to create a great SEO ready blog post.

Unique Features:

  1. Low competition keywords
  2. High traffic keywords
  3. AI SEO report
  4. Suggested word count
  5. Estimated time to rank (unique to RankIQ only)
  6. Competition analysis
  7. Title optimizer
  8. Content optimizer
  9. Content analysis
  10. Keyword Library for the top blogging niches
  11. Option to run an unlisted keyword report
  12. Content Calendar for meeting monthly publishing goals (introduced in 2023)
  13. Top 3 SERP posts, and top 10 Google search results (to help with writing a comprehensive post)
  14. Supportive Facebook Mastermind group for all Rank IQ members (6000+ members)

RankIQ was created by the host of The Blogging Millionaire Podcast, Brandon Gaille (gay-lee). Brandon is a top blogger who receives over 123,000 first-page Google rankings with over 16.5 million sessions.

The Blogging Millionaire podcast contains tons of super helpful, and most importantly, actionable tips that new and pro bloggers can use to optimize their posts, increase ad revenue, increase web traffic, and their website’s performance, and so much more. So, if you haven’t already checked out his podcast and started listening to his episodes, I highly recommend you start doing that now because his podcast is incredibly helpful.

When Brandon was creating the artificial intelligence that is RankIQ, it took six months of programming, and months more of hand-picking the best low-competition, high-traffic keywords to best cover a specific topic within the most popular blogging niches.

The way that RankIQ uses its cloud-based software to find the best keywords is that it analyzes the top 30 search results in Google (not including sponsored pages), and finds the keywords that are ranking according to Google analytics.

After providing a list of these keywords, the software will prioritize the most used, and higher-ranking keywords at the top. In addition to providing a list of the best keywords to use, there is also a list of the top-ranking URLs and top posts with the highest SERP results. But I will get into that more later.

Does RankIQ work for a new blogger?

Absolutely!

In fact, the RankIQ artificial intelligence is actually designed to especially help newbie bloggers and those with a domain authority (DA) of 40 or less. I actually wish I had known about this great tool before I started posting my blog posts because I know I would have had much more organic traffic from day one.

If you are ready to start writing blog posts that actually start ranking on the first page of Google, get started with RankIQ now.

Every seasoned blogger knows that more organic traffic is one of the best ways to start making income with their blog. So, does Rank IQ actually work for a new blogger, and can a new blogger start ranking almost right away?

Yes! Many of the members of the RankIQ mastermind are new bloggers, and many are seasoned bloggers. However, after asking the group, many newer bloggers are already greatly increasing their traffic in a short time. Often within a few months, they are able to join an ad network and make a decent income just from their traffic!

One member, in particular, had around 5k sessions per month, which is more than most newer bloggers, but within a year’s time of focusing on writing great content with Rank IQ, she was able to increase her traffic high enough to get accepted into Mediavine. Mediavine has high standards and requires at least 50,000 monthly sessions in order to qualify. So, you can clearly see how beneficial RankIQ is for addressing SEO, and Google rankings.

Additionally, what I believe is probably the best thing about RankIQ and how it can help newer bloggers is a couple of things.

Firstly, RankIQ is incredibly easy to use and doesn’t require much, if any, knowledge of SEO. And, every blogger who has been blogging for any amount of time will know just how important SEO is for their blogging success. I will go over how to actually use RankIQ in a moment.

table of SEO tools for blogger with Rank IQ as #1

Secondly, RankIQ is super affordable compared to almost every other SEO tool and software available. Other tools like SEMrush start at $129.95/month, or Ahrefs start at around $83-99 a month. And, these other SEO tools are much more difficult to navigate, more difficult to understand, and don’t offer the same features as RankIQ.

So, it’s a clear winner why this incredible SEO toolset is such a great option for new bloggers. You can get signed up now if you are ready to increase your blog traffic.

Does RankIQ work for pro bloggers, or for old blog posts?

Yes again!

RankIQ also works great for pro or experienced bloggers. Because RankIQ also has different plans depending on your blogging style.

Many new bloggers can only write enough posts to publish once or maybe twice a week. And there is actually a way for you to sign up for the smaller plan if this is what you want.

However, for seasoned bloggers who are able to write 4 or more posts a week, there are plans that allow up to 80 reports each month.

screenshot of rankIQ and its pricing and upgrade options

These additional reports can actually be incredibly helpful for updating old posts, and getting those posts to either start ranking for the first time or get them to rank higher than they were before. And according to Brandon in one of his podcast episodes, going from position 8 in ranking, to position 1, can increase your traffic for that post by 1000% or more.

So, clearly, even if you are a veteran blogger who has hundreds of posts already, RankIQ can still greatly benefit your blog and continue to increase your blogging income.

One other thing worth mentioning. Recently, in 2023, Brandon added a content calendar on the platform to help RankIQ users better plan and schedule their posts. This content calendar is designed to help increase the success of creating content.

In one of his podcast episodes, he goes into more detail about the importance of setting clear goals in order to have more success with actually achieving those goals. And this is why Brandon chose to add this additional feature to the SEO toolset. I personally enjoy using this tool because I find it actually very helpful to keep me more on track.

Is Rank IQ worth the cost: Pricing, Features, and Benefits?

Yes! RankIQ is 100% worth the cost. If you consider how much time it will take for you to research all of the right keywords to use, how many words you need to write, and all of the other SEO research required, you will see that you are saving yourself hundreds of hours in your writing process.

PlanReports/MonthPrice/Month
Basic8$29
Standard16$49
Pro36$99
Agency80$199
Rank IQ Pricing in 2025

And those precious hours trying to do SEO research are much better spent on content creation.

I currently use their Basic plan, sometimes called the Lite plan, which gets me 8 reports per month. For someone who is working a full-time day job, this is a perfect option.

Considering the standard pricing of a 16-report-per-month plan at $49 (currently the new member’s price), and you calculate how much each report costs, you’ll see that it only ends up costing about $3 per report

Given that running a single report will save you hours of research time, I’d say that it is money well spent. Wouldn’t you?

You also have to consider how much it would cost to pay someone else if you wanted the same level of research and results.

According to Backlinko, hiring an SEO freelancer can cost anywhere from $50-150 per hour.

So, yes. RankIQ is well worth the price for the SEO keyword research alone. But, is it worth it for the features and the benefits?

Supportive Mastermind Group

Well, for one, the mastermind Facebook group that is part of the RankIQ membership is well worth it. Many mastermind groups can cost around $500-100,000 a year, which on the lower end costs around the same amount as the RankIQ membership on its own ($500 / 12 = $41.67/month).

So, RankIQ is well worth the cost for its free Mastermind group. And I haven’t even explained why the other features are worth it yet!

This group has over 6,000 members who offer super supportive advice and tips and can even support you in your own blogging journey. They have always been very prompt about answering any and all of my questions, and have helped me with some of my blogging struggles.

Low-Competition and High-Traffic Keyword Library

Because RankIQ uses low-competition and high-traffic keywords for its keyword library, it can essentially guarantee, that as long as you meet the recommendations (keywords in content, word count, title, and grade), you can start ranking for that keyword within the estimated time.

And to have new posts that are ranking on Google weeks, months, and in some cases, years before you would have been able to rank otherwise is quite the rewarding feature.

Keyword Count, Title Analysis and Grader, and Competition Analysis

One thing that is unique to RankIQ is that few other if any SEO tools offer a suggestion for the recommended word count.

Because Brandon is an SEO expert, he included the software necessary in RankIQ to determine the best-recommended word count required for your post to rank on Google. Which, makes our jobs as content creators 10x easier.

Join RankIQ today to start using their features and boost your blogging success.

RankIQ Keyword Library

The RankIQ keyword library includes a list of keywords hand-picked by our friendly SEO expert, Brandon. This list includes the top keywords that are low-competition and have high web traffic, within the most common blogging niches.

This keyword list includes hundreds of relevant keywords that are highly searched in common blogging niches, and are also great keywords to help your post gain much more organic search traffic.

screenshot of desktop view of RankIQ keyword library with list of keywords for top blogging niches

Will RankIQ still work if my niche isn’t in the Keyword Library?

Yes!

Just because your niche isn’t included in the keyword library might mean that it isn’t a typical or common blogging niche. So, it doesn’t have to fit within the RankIQ keyword library in order for the SEO tool to work for you.

The neat thing about RankIQ is that it also includes a search bar where you can type in a keyword or keyword phrase that you want to write about. This means you can to use this tool for any niche.

screenshot of rankIQ home page with search bar highlighted

Will I be able to run an SEO report for keywords or phrases not in the Keyword Library?

Yes! If your keyword isn’t included in the keyword library means that it isn’t within a typical blogging niche, and may be more competitive than the ones in the keyword library.

So, when you run an SEO report on a keyword not included in the library, you will still get a report back just like with any other report you’ve run in the past.

However, it is important to note that using this feature may not guarantee a recommendation for word count or content grade. But, when you run a report on your own preferred keyword, you will still get a list of keywords, a title analysis, and a competition analysis.

The reason some of these other features may not be as available for the searches that you run is that the keywords you searched may be very competitive, have very little search volume, and just generally not have much competition to analyze. In other words, it is difficult for RankIQ to analyze due to the lower keyword rankings.

But, don’t let that discourage you from considering using RankIQ though! In some cases, a keyword may be far more competitive than the ones in the keyword libraries and may take a bit longer to be seen in search engine rankings. However, the process will still work just the same!

Content Optimization

The content optimization feature of RankIQ is really just a word-processing feature. But, the content optimization actually includes a sidebar that lists out all of your recommended keywords, keeps track of the ones that you have and haven’t used, ones that you have tagged, and allows you to search for a specific keyword.

screenshot of desktop view for rankIQ content optimization feature
Content optimization of a post I wrote using RankIQ

It also includes a tally of how many times you’ve used a specific keyword.

While this may not seem like all that big of a deal, you have to consider how much time this feature is going to actually save you.

According to Write Sonic, the entire process of writing, editing, and optimizing a blog post can take anywhere from under an hour to as much as six or more hours.

So, in the process of writing and optimizing, this content optimization feature can save you the time it takes to scroll down to the bottom of a Google doc. Then scan the list to find the keyword you want. And mark the keyword as used. And that sounds like a lot of unnecessary hard work, and a lot of time that could be better spent elsewhere.

How to start using RankIQ Effectively

If you are interested in trying out RankIQ, check out my tutorial video below 👇 to see the process. I walk through points A to Z, from navigating the platform to having finished and optimized new blog posts.

If you’re ready to start using this incredibly affordable, helpful, and easy-to-use SEO tool, click here, to get started now.

Start your writing process by deciding on the best title for your post. Brandon has tons of podcast episodes covering this exact process.

screenshot of desktop view for rank iq title analysis

After you have created a perfect title using the title analysis feature, you can select and choose the top keywords you want to include in your post, and select whether these are themes, variations, or LSI keywords.

screenshot of desktop view for rankiq keyword list from seo report

LSI means latent semantic indexing, which more simply described can be thought of as words that are not quite synonyms, but provide more context for a target keyword so that search engines can better understand the purpose of the content. I wouldn’t worry too much about labeling your keywords though, since you will be able to see them in the content optimizer anyway.

You can either choose to write your content in the content optimizer or use a Google doc to write your post, and then paste it into the optimizer. Make sure that your content is as best as you can get it by making sure your content meets the suggested word count and suggested content grade.

If you need more inspiration, and ideas, or need some help with making your content more comprehensive, use the SERP sites to help you figure out the most comprehensive posts, and use the top 10 URLs to help with ideas.

Checking these other sites can be a great way for you to figure out the best headings, and even find some ideas for FAQs. Just make sure that you are not plagiarizing any of this content, and that you are still using your own words.

Pros and Cons of RankIQ

I’ve already introduced you to many of the pros of RankIQ including the speedy rankings on search engines, less SEO research with more time for content creators to write more content, great affordability, and much more.

This tool allows new bloggers to rank new blog posts within their first few months, if not their first few weeks, compared to years, and at a budget-friendly rate.

However, this SEO tool does have a couple of drawbacks.

  • Even though this isn’t a significant drawback, I have to sign back into the platform if it’s been a while since I’ve used it. This is typically 24 hours or longer, but I don’t see this as all that big of a bother.
  • No mobile version. While this isn’t really all that big of a deal either, for those who may really want to maximize their time, having the ability to run a few reports during a long commute would be helpful. But, you can still sign in from a mobile browser.
  • If you cancel your subscription, you’ll lose reports that you already ran. So, if you are getting away from blogging, or even pivoting to a whole new niche altogether, this isn’t necessarily that big of a pain. But, if you want to keep your progress, you can download all of the keywords for the reports you ran, so you don’t lose any of your SEO research.
  • Reports do not carry over if you don’t use them. This is currently still one of the bigger cons of the software, however, I believe that Brandon is actually in the process of adjusting this, or offering an alternative.
  • RankIQ works best for bloggers, and may or may not work as well for just any online business. This software was specifically built and designed for bloggers, so unfortunately, not all websites will benefit from this SEO tool.

Extra Tips for Success!

I promised you a few extra tips, didn’t I?

  • Downgrade, or upgrade your membership to your needs
  • Filter your keywords and reports to help prioritize
  • Run reports for the highest keywords first
  • Run all reports at the beginning of every month
  • Request for Google to index your posts as soon as they publish
  • Use Chaptgpt to help you with wording, creating an outline, or coming up with ideas

So, with the pricing of RankIQ, the standard rate starts at $49 a month. But, if you decide that 16 reports are a bit much for you, you can downgrade to their lite version at only 8 reports a month, for $29. And for some bloggers, especially new bloggers, this is a much better option. Alternatively, you can also upgrade when you are ready for more reports.

screenshot of rankIQ and its pricing and upgrade options

Once the start of the month comes around, I suggest going to your list of keywords and filtering this list to prioritize the lowest competition, and highest traffic keywords at the top. To do this, choose a competition filter of 0-20 DA, the time to rank as ultra-fast and very fast, and the visits per year at 5000+

screenshot of rank iq keyword list with items filtered for higher traffic results

If no keywords appear, choose fewer visits per year, and then run a report on any of the keywords you’d most prefer to write about. Do this for all of your reports towards the beginning of every month, and then you can prioritize which ones to write first.

I recommend using this filtering tip, especially in the beginning of using RankIQ so you have the best chance of ranking much sooner, much higher, and having the most traffic. This is a big boost for beginners and can offer a ton of encouragement.

Another tip I have is to filter out the reports you have already run. When you are filtering your reports, I want you to sort by the “lowest word count recommended”, and write about these topics first. This will allow you to write a whole bunch of new blog posts, at a much quicker rate. Plus this is very encouraging and gives you a chance to spend more time on higher word-count posts.

screenshot of desktop view for rank iq home page with view of reports

This is actually a tip that Brandon recommends to maximize your writing and posting efficiency.

After being a member of the RankIQ mastermind for a few months, I actually picked up a few extra tips from bloggers with much more experience. One trick I learned that I hadn’t heard of before, and might not have learned for a long time, is to request a post to be indexed on the Google search console.

What you are doing when you request indexing, is you are adding a URL of your site to a queue for Google bots to crawl a specific page so that it can hopefully rank faster. Bots can crawl your page naturally on their own time but may take a much longer time to do so. This is why I recommend you request indexing for a new post as soon as it is published.

I use a notepad or Google Docs to keep track of all of my posts when they need to be indexed, re-indexed, or require some attention.

Ever since Chatgpt came out, I was hesitant to use it at first because I was afraid that Google would notice and penalize my posts. But that has not been the case, because I have used this incredible ai tool to help me with ideas, outlines, and more, while still using my own words to write my content. Just remember, it’s a tool, not your employee or personal writer.
